- Portal Credentials: When you connect to an IPTV portal, we collect the server URL and authentication credentials you provide. These credentials are used solely to authenticate with your selected IPTV provider and are stored locally on your device.
- User Profiles: We store profile names and settings on your device to support multi-profile functionality.
- Preferences & Settings: App preferences, theme selections, TV focus settings, and other customizable options are stored locally.
- Playback History: The App tracks which content you play, including:
- Title and ID of watched content
- Current playback position and duration
- Timestamp of last view
- Content type (VOD, live channel, or series episode)
- This information is stored locally on your device to enable the “Continue Watching” feature.

Live Channel History: We track recently watched live channels to populate the “Recently Watched Live Channels” section. This data is stored locally.

Broken Stream Tracking: The App records which streams fail to load or encounter errors to help improve service quality and detect problematic content sources.

- IPTV Provider: Any information retrieved from your configured IPTV portal (channel lists, content metadata, account status, expiration dates) comes directly from the portal you connect to. We do not store this information beyond caching it temporarily for performance purposes.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services
3.1 Google Mobile Ads SDK
The App uses Google Mobile Ads SDK to serve advertisements. Google may collect and process personal information to:
- Display targeted ads based on your interests and device characteristics

- Prevent ad fraud

- Banner ads on the Home screen and content catalogs

3.2 App Integrity & Security
The App includes app integrity checks to:
- Verify the App hasn’t been tampered with or sideloaded from unofficial sources
- Detect and prevent unauthorized modifications
- Force ads to display on tampered builds regardless of other settings
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Local Storage
The majority of your data (playback history, profiles, settings, credentials) is stored locally on your device only. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly sync or back up your data through your device’s native backup system (Google Drive for Android, iCloud for iOS).
4.2 Transmission & Encryption
- Connections to IPTV portals use encrypted protocols (HTTPS/TLS) to protect your credentials and data in transit.
- Ad requests and analytics data may be sent over encrypted connections to third parties.
4.3 Data Security
While we implement security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
5. Data Retention
5.1 Playback History
- Playback history and recently watched channels are retained until you manually clear them or delete the App.
- Clearing app data from your device settings will remove all stored history and preferences.
5.2 Ad-Free Status
- When you watch a rewarded ad to unlock ad-free viewing, the status is stored locally for up to 4 hours from the time of watching.
- IPTV portal credentials and settings are retained until you delete them or uninstall the App.
6. Your Privacy Rights
6.1 Access & Control
- All your personal data stored in the App is accessible directly through the app interface (history, profiles, settings).
- You can export, modify, or delete this data at any time through app settings or by clearing app data.
6.2 Do Not Track
- If your device sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we will honor it for analytics tracking, though ad personalization may still occur per Google’s policies.
6.3 Right to Delete
- You can delete any saved data by removing it individually within the app or by uninstalling the App entirely.
- If you believe we’ve retained data improperly, contact us at the address below.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. IPTV services often contain adult content, and parental guidance is recommended. If we become aware that we’ve collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Parents: If your child has accessed the App, please contact us, and we will assist in removing any data collected.

- We do not share your IPTV credentials with anyone except the IPTV portal you explicitly connect to.
- We do not share your playback history with other users or services.

- Advertising Partners: Google and other ad networks may receive anonymous, aggregated usage data and device identifiers for ad targeting. No personally identifiable information is shared.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
- Service Providers: We may share data with vendors who assist in app hosting, analytics, or infrastructure, under strict confidentiality agreements.
10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred, stored, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries that may not have the same data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to such transfers. Where applicable, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards to protect your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date above and posting the revised policy in the App.

- Content streamed from third-party IPTV portals
- Unauthorized access to IPTV services using the App
- Data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, or factory reset
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their IPTV portal credentials and complying with applicable laws regarding content access and streaming.
